Andrew Oman of the Olive Tree Network is responsible for initially spearheading the organization of the company. He has successfully owned and run his own online business since 2001. He is highly networked and prizes his relationships with others as his most important asset. Andrew is a gifted public speaker and motivator and has a natural head for business. Andrew is strongly patriotic and many of the principles behind Olive Tree Network are in direct correlation with the founding principles of our nation. Andrew's greatest characteristic is his commitment to a principle based life and he attributes his success to that lifestyle. He majored in Organizational Communication at the University of Utah and values education and research as key elements of establishing a business.

Joshua Oman

Joshua Oman Founder

Joshua Oman specializes in operations and media. He co-founded OTN with his brother Andrew after studying the laws and principles of Enlightened Wealth. He is a leader of vision and principle and always keeps OTN and its clients focused on the end-goal of business: blessing the lives of others by using your talents. He majored in Film at the University of Utah and uses his talents to create awesome media products for clients and for OTN. He communicates ideas with emotion and passion.

Nate Julian

Nate Julian Marketing Director

Nate Julian is a passionate entrepreneur. He has 10 years experience in marketing. As a Regional Representative for Alliance Marketing Inc., Nate was the top sales representative for the three years. Because of his success, Nate’s paradigm drastically shifted; success was the new standard. As a real estate agent, Nate did more than 6 million dollars of volume in 2006 alone, making him the top multi-unit agent in Davis County. Nate graduated from Utah State University with double majors in Public Relations & Spanish. Nate helps OTN clients meet and exceed their marketing and sales goals.

Shane Rogers

Shane Rogers CFO

Shane Rodgers holds both a BSBA and an MBA/Accounting from the University of Phoenix. He has owned and operated a successful business consulting and planning firm, and brings many years of business success and experience. Mr. Rodgers is responsible for the finances and accounting of The Olive Tree Network. He is also responsible for the delivery of numerous products and services provided to OTN clients, including accounting and bookkeeping services, business planning and other document preparation.

Over the course of the last three years, Joshua and Andrew Oman, along with the help of mentors, professionals, educators, and countless associates, have created an entrepreneur development community named Olive Tree Network. OTN was designed to be a "home" for entrepreneurs who cooperate with each other to create wealth. OTN follows a three phase funnel approach for the development of their clients.

1. Customers are brought into the NETWORK portion of the business by becoming a member of olive tree network. Our members receive an online profile and a communication platform within OTN to exchange, strategize, brainstorm, critique, advertise, sell, purchase, market, and of course network with one another. In addition to our memberships we provide Business STARTER packages, which gets their business foundation solidly established in the areas of presence, finance, training, corporate identity, and operations. Each package includes a logo, website, shopping cart, accounting services, training videos, and several other operational modules.

2. After a client joins the network OTN then aggressively seeks client loyalty and builds relationships of trust with its clients by moving them into the DEVELOPMENT section of the company. In this phase, clients will get personal trainings and business services, specific to their needs, that will prepare their business for growth and long-term success. The personal training includes webinars, seminars, one on one's, group meetings and videos. We provide business services that range from creative and media to legal work and business plans and everything in between. The DEVELOPMENT section of our business is a preparatory step to meeting with JV.

3. When a client is fully prepared, they will meet before the OTN JV Advisory Board, a team of qualified professionals that can help the client and their company explode into national and international markets in a big way. Individuals and/or groups in our JV section joint venture with OTN clients, with whom they provide connections, capital influx, exposure, distribution and many more functions.
