Olive Tree Network was founded in 2006 and officially launched in June 2007. The brain child of its founders, Olive Tree Network came together as the result of years of study, research, thought and prayer. Our purpose is to help our members find meaning and purpose in the everyday effort of work. We have developed effective and simple tools that can help people discover their talents, develop a way to use those talents to help with real-world needs and then ultimately to begin to fulfill their purpose.

Olive Tree Network will help you to establish a business in the field you are most likely to be successful in, based on your input and use of our system. We cover every apsect of business: from the formative stages like funding and business planning to marketing and investing.

Andrew Oman

Andrew Oman is the President of the Olive Tree Network and is responsible for initially spearheading the organization of the company.  He has successfully owned and run his own online business since 2001. He also established the non-profit charity Overcome to Become.  Andrew is a gifted public speaker and motivator and has a natural head for business.  He is an Organizational Communication major at the University of Utah and values education and research as key elements of establishing a business.  Andrew is strongly patriotic and many of the principles behind Olive Tree Network are in direct correlation with the founding principles of our nation.  Andrew's greatest characteristic is his commitment to a principle based life and he attributes his success to that lifestyle.

Joshua Oman

Joshua Oman, Vice President, has been in business with his brother Andrew since 2003 and helped Andrew develop and found the Olive Tree Network.  Joshua provides a valuable voice of reason to the company and is responsible for much of the practical progress the company makes, particularly in securing business services for the members of the network.  Joshua heads the international efforts of the Olive Tree Network.  Joshua assits Olive Tree Network clients in their progress with the company and in developing their own businesses.

Rusty Jensen

Rusty Jensen, Vice President of Development, is a strong leader and innovator.  Rusty develops new economic systems for Olive Tree Network and establishes business opportunities that push Olive Tree to its limits, forcing it to grow.  Rusty works with a commitment to help Olive Tree members fund their projects and secure financial security, through investment and wise spending.  Rusty is a dynamic presence and a very hard worker.  Rusty has considerable sales experience and a passion for success.

Andrew DaBell

Andrew DaBell serves as Olive Tree Network's Vice President of Training and Support. Andrew has participated in several entrepreneurial projects in the State of Utah and has used his experience to identify the needs small business owners can expect. He is firmly committed to the principles governing Olive Tree Network and runs training seminars for new Olive Tree members. He also serves as Olive Tree's recruiter, finding new members and teaching them principles of effective business, powerful leadership and enlightened wealth.
